BP - 128i IP extension problem

Hi,

I have a BP 128i with 50 IP extensions and 2 IPU's (both Gatekeepers). I'm having problems with call transfers and conference, and sometimes call drops.
I have SW R15 r3a, and IPU R6A.
I have created 1 Vlan for voice and another Vlan for data. I marked the Voice Vlan with priority 6.

I don't know what to do for know, does anyone have any idea?
