BOXxi Discussion function ??????????

I am confused.

Recently upgraded to BOExi (not sure if that was such a good idea?), and are slowly working my way through the mine field that is BOExi! I am now on the Discussions function.

I have two reports:
Both in the same folder.
I access both as the same user.
I checked the rights on both indiv. reports.
I run both reports in the same way.

All seem to be the same...

I can create discussion notes on the one, but not on the other (it's greyed out).

Does anyone know what to do?
