We have just one user receiving this error message, only in the Test environment. It works in Dev and Prod, and for everyone else.

Error

This field name is not known. Details: errorKind Error in File /var/tmp/{02FA4450-0563-11DD-92E4-0003BA8559A9}.rpt: Error in formula . 'IF ({PMA_MODULE.COUNT_MDUFMA_4} = 0) THEN 0 ' This field name is not known. Details: errorKind
----------

The Crystal Report contains two formulae with this field, and linking the Report locally to the three environments (Dev/Test/Prod), there are no issues. Only occurs within Infoview in Test.

Is it to do with caching, single sign-on, other issues?

Testing as myself, no problems. Testing as the user with the issue, logging onto my computer, the problem occurred again.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Thank you!

Sounds like it might be a permission issue on the table or view you are retrieving data from? The user might be properly set up on the Dev and Prod servers, but not Test. Check their permissions on Dev and Prod and make sure they are the same in Test.

Hope this helps.

Thank you, elsenorjose:

Looking into this now. Yes, we recently changed Crystal Report login to servers and I see discrepancies in the settings for this table in the three environments. Hopefully, this will take care of it.
