With BOXI Infoview, Release 1, what I saw in Crystal Viewer and what I printed were the same. With Release 2, my printout is different from the Crystal Viewer. What was in Times New Roman 8 is now Arial bold 10. Any idea what I am missing?

I forgot to mention that there is a work around. Instead of printing directly from Crystal Viewer, I can export to pdf format and then print the pdf file and get the proper fonts. However, these are extra steps I much rather avoid.

Hi,
Are the same printer drivers on the XI server as were used to design the report..Did you have that printer selected when you published it?

Which Viewer?

From Infoview,

[ol]
[li]I click on the report and supply the parameters (name).[/li]
[li]The results are displayed in CrystalReportViewer[/li]
[li]I click on the print icon from the Infoview report Toolbar and I get the incorrect fonts.[/li]
[/ol]

To get the proper font,
[ol]
[li]I click on the report and supply the parameters (name).[/li]
[li]The results are displayed in CrystalReportViewer[/li]
[li]Click on the Export icon from the Infoview report Toolbar and click on Adobe Acrobat. When the resulting pdf report can then be printed with the proper fonts.[/li]
[/ol]

Is there a dll that I am missing with CrystalReportViewer in Release 2 that was available in Release 1. The default printer drivers were the same.
