We have just virtualised our BOXI R2 server. Since then reports which are sent out by email as a URL link will not open properly in user's machines running IE6 - we get an 'unspecified error' message.
IE7 works fine.
The link which is constructed is of the opendocument.aspx format.
The reports will either be reports written in CR10 and imported when we upgraded to BOXIR2 or written in CRXI.
Reports which are affected seem to be those which contain graphics - either images brought in as ole objects or charts. If we remove the graphic the DHTML viewer works fine.
The DHTML viewer worked fine before virtualisation and nothing else has been changed - I understand from our network guys that the virtual server is exactly the same as our old physical server.
I'm at a loss as to what to do to put it right or to test. If any of you are able to assist I would be very grateful.
Kind regards
