Hi peeps
I have read through a lot of the posts relating the the error message "Unable to connect: incorrect logon parameters" but am unable to find a solution to my problem.
My company has just upgraded from Crystal Reports/Enterprise 9 to BoXi. Everything seemed to be going fine, we have it all migrated onto a new dev server and all of the reports/instances moved over without any issues.
However.. Enterprise seems to behaving very qwerky, we have changed all of the reports from ODBC to an OLEDB data connection and most of the reports run ok. I have encountered some problems with certain reports (generally ones with sub reports) after being scheduled and ran sucessfully - when trying to view the report using an Activex viewer I get the above error message. This only happens when using the Activex viewer.
Another weird thing, if I simply click OK on the error message then refresh the report within the Activex viewer it runs fine !!!!
Have the Business Objects made any alterations to the Activex functionality ?
Any Suggestions will be greatly appreciated
Thanks in Advance
