BOXI : How do you hide the bookmark panel when viewing PDF documents?

In Business Objects XI - You open a PDF document in Adobe Acrobat Reader and the bookmark panel on the left is displayed.

You want the PDF file to be generated and viewed without the bookmark panel because it is not necessary and it uses up viewing space.
 
I don't think that you can disable it during an export, if at all.

From within Acrobat the View->Naviagtion Tabs->Bookmarks turns it off (version 7 standard).

I even tried turning this off in Acrobat and then saving it and reopening and the bookmarks still opened up.
