Crystal Reports Xi R2, BOXi-R2

We are using the single sign-on feature (auto-logon) in a .NET environment.
In Infoview we have to use the DHTML or Adv-DHTML to view reports. We cannot use the Java or ActiveX viewers. A CR with a chart, viewed in Infoview, displays the dreaded Red-X for the chart. Or worse, just a blank spot where the chart should be.

The docs say that to allow viewing a chart, single-on must be disabled. It has something to do with access to the Temp folder.
Has anyone run into this in R2? If so, have you found a solution?

Thanks

What document are you refering to? Can you post a link?

I have a doc indicating that a variable in the crystalreportsviewers115 folder in global.asax needs to be changed. Have you reviewed this document? Let me know if it helps.

I know it is for an older version (11, not 11.5)

My problem is this: I can see the charts just fine, however most users can not. When I apply the "fix" in the above document, it breaks the charts/logos for me too. (I see red x's).
I took the fix out and have been playing around with it and also on changing the type of authentication on the viewers folder in IIS. Is that what the article you refer to is about?

I am on bobj xi r2, service pack 2.

thanks for any info.

turns out we just had insufficient privileges granted on the temp folder, perhaps this was changed during a recent security patching. red x's are gone. No other changes were needed.
