I have created a form (tinted background with white out boxes). Looks great on screen and printed out. But when I publish to PDF the boxes don't line up (only very marginally but still obvious to the eye). They look ok printed out but not on screen (and I need it for the web). When I have zoomed in to 800% all the boxes look in alignment. Is it something I am doing or not doing when I create a PDF? Thanks

Have you checked the location of them? In the properties dialog box, not by sight.

yes I have checked them against the guides. I have also clicked on them and checked all the details in the properties box and they are exactly the same size and starting at the same height - but don't look that way on the PDF.

Have your tried looking at the PDF using different screen resolutions? with Acrobat Reader in Full screen, and in a window ? when you say it looks OK when zoomed to 800% sounds like its a display artifact, not a problem in the document. also, there are known issues with versions of Acrobat Reader in IE 7 and IE 8. what versions of Reader and IE are you using ? If you bring up the PDF in Acrobat Standard or Professional, and then Save it again, is the problem still present ??
