I have a user on our system who is VPN'd into the office and when connected to Exchange gets this error sending internally...

Remote was unable to open a message for submission on the server.Network problems are preventing connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server computer.

Keep in mind this happens sometimes and then it clears up and he has no problems. Is this a problem with his VPN connection?
