Bouncing Email

I have a user whose had outlook 2007 installed
When she wants to send an email she opens the outlook and says new in this window there are From, To ,CC and BC .

Because she has 2 inbox in her outlook like inbox A and inbox B. When she sends emails from inbox A. she puts her name on the from tab and when she sends mail from inbox B she puts B in the from.
Now when there is a problem happening. When she sends email from inbox A with from field filled as A ,the mail bounces back to her inbox.If she dosent put any information on the From the mails are sent.

Please help me sort this

Are you using Exchange server or POP accounts?

OK, so configure the Outlook client to use IMAP for the account that is not the default account. That will then give the user a new button near the Send button that will say accounts. They can then simply select the account to send from.
