Bounce the IP Sec Tunnel

We have a router that is connected to a Cable Modem to a local ISP for internet.
We have a IP VPN connection that runs to our MPLS provider.
This morning connectivity on this router is not working.
The routing table is empty as far no OSPF routes showing up.

The tech just asked me to bounce the IP Sec Tunnel and i have no idea on how to do that.

A pointer in the right direction would be apprecaited.
