I have Exchange 5.5 Sp4 running behind a firewall...There is only one domain that I continually get NDRs for and that is a local college whoever@clemson.edu. If I send a test to any other .edu it goes fine. I am not listed on any open relay databases and cannot see any reason why this should not work.

By the way...we can send to this person from outside email clients and we can get her emails...

Any Advice Would be appreciated

Thanks
TJ

i would contact the postmaster of that domain (from one of those accounts that can send) and see if they're blocking you personally. You don't have to be blacklisted, some organizations do this on their own....
