Both lights on T1 board on

Anyone ever see both the Amber and the Red be on at the same time and have the T's work flawlwessly? 2 t1's as DMS100 and the red is always on but no errors. amber comes on when call is in use. ive never seen before on a PRI? anyone run into this?

I believe the switch types are different from one another.

Have you reset the module?

Are they both PRI ISDN?

Which DS1 modules does the system have?

You could also do maintenance tests on the module and note the results. Depending on what the cause is, the tests and a reset might clear the indicator. The module may have faulty logic circuits that are causing the red LED to be on. You could also swap the two modules and see if the problem follows. That would tell you something.
