BOTH admin accounts locked out SBS 2008

Afternoon all, I hope somebody can help on here as I'm stuck

Long story, very short. A client of mine has managed to lock out both admin accounts in sbs 2008. I have tried following the process at this link:

it's 2011 I know but hoped the process would be the same, but no joy. I rather wrongly hoped a system state restore only would do the trick but not and now they have no access to shares or email :-( i dropped one here I think.

So short of a complete system restore to a point where we know the accounts were good, is there any golden nuggets anybody to share as to how to get it working again?

I should have also mentioned that when they were all geting a 'no logon server available' I set the sysvolread to 1 and rebooted which solved that one
