Boss wants HFAI on Assistant's Desk

Environment: Magix 4.0

The boss wants to hit 1 button and ask his assistant a question. If she has HFAI active, he wants the question to come through on her speaker and for her to be able to answer him.

What is the configuration of his phone (MLX) and her phone (MLX).

They both have MLX 10s, System Access Ring, Imediate, on buttons 1 and 2. Nothing else.

Change one of his buttons to SA voice. I dont remember if you can make a auto dial that will do it but you may be able to.

On her phone - all you need to do is activate the HFAI button (light by it will turn green). He needs to make an intercom "voice" call to her extention - hence kwing's suggestion to make one of his two SA buttons an SA-Voice-I button. Typically he would have to press the SA-Voice button first, then dial her extention number. Pressing just an autodial button for her extention - may ring her phone instead of comming in on HFAI - so you would have to test it. He may need to press the SA-Voice first, and then her autodial button - to come in via speakerphone - so two button presses, instead of just one.

go to central programing of the boss's station there you can change how you can place & receive calls , change the boss to place voice call under voice Announc
