Boss and Secretary

x6137 is the Boss and the Marp 2616 set. x6037 is the covering secretary and she has his number appear on her phone. When he gets a call it rings fine on his phone but her phone ring's once and then flashes. She wants the call to constantly ring. What should i change or look at?

how about trying:

CLS RNGI or RNGB (vs default BUZZ)?

both change the ring. normally when i hear the one ring complaint at work it;s on the idle line when key 0 is busy.
