BoS shell for windows VB 6

Following these URL's there's the BoS shell, unfortunately it is not compiled. I don't know how to and I really hope someone could do this, because I really love this one!!!
Please, could someone compile this one with VB 6?????? Eternal gratfullness is what you get, but please...?
