borland delphi, turbo explorer edition vs. BD enterprise edition

hello eveyone, i need ur help
im new to borlnd delphi, n i need to know wat is th diff btween the turbo BD exp editon, and the normal BD enterprise edition...

in a nutshell, turbo delphi is for win32 app dedelopment only, explorer is free and cannot create or install vcl's, pro is a few hunderd dollars and can create or install vcl's.

delphi enterprise is a few thousand dollars and has Win32, Microsoft .NET, and ASP.NET support.
