borland delphi 3 programing

i have a program for a buisness made in delphi 3 and all the network computers are win 98 se, cause thats the only win. it will print with. anyways, i built this new computer and installed 98 se and the delphi 3 program, but when i go to open the program, it gives me an error and it wouldn't open. is there a file that i have to associate in with the delphi, to get this to work, all the other computers have it up and running, but there not new, the old IT isn't around. can anyone help??

If you're able to provide a specific 'error' I'm sure one of us would leap up with the answer.
Otherwise we're going to be guessing..... :(
If you're working against databases in any respect you'll need to ensure that you have the BDE (Borland Database Engine) or ADO on the machine in question.
