Be grateful if anyone can help.
Am currently working on a project that is quite large and consists of many forms.
The problem is that if i try to add an event method on one of a particular forms existsing objects (or a new one for that matter), a large section of code within the forms .cpp file is removed when trying to compile it. In addition to this, the prototype removes itself from the forms header file.
There seems to be no getting around this problem when compiling, no matter what saves and changes are made to the files.
There is no problem with the code that is generated by builder when the events are added. It is only when some form of compilation is made that this problem rears its ugly head and causes everything to go Tits Up!!!
I am new to Borland builder but don't believe I have done anything that could cause this problem.
There are many events\methods already within the class that work fine. It's only when I try to add a new event method that this happens.
Please help if you can, before I lose my sanity!!!!
