Borken CMYK Colour Palette in Version 10?

Hi all,

My CMYK Palette does not have a 'registration color' but it does have some spot colours in it which I cannot remove.

Any ideas please?

I have tried resetting the application to factory defaults by starting up with F8 but that did not alter anything in the CMYK palette!
