in the filter exception list, find the ones that allow incomming mail to your GroupWise system, and change the destination host IP from the GroupWise server to the Exchange server.
or
if you need both running at the same time, you can just duplicate the filter excpetion list.
do a search in the Novell Knowledge base for "filter" smtp" bordermanager" and you will get a few TID's on the subject.
