Bordermanager error trying to access data

Using CE9, I have set up a test report on a web page using the samples that came with the application. I am able to run and view the sample reports, and I am able to run and view one of my own reports that has saved data. But when I try to run a report that is accessing our Accpac data in real time, I get a Bordermanager error 502 Bad gateway.

Any suggestions? I'm new to CE, so I'm stumped.
