Bordermanager 3.9 Web access problem.

have a BM 3.9 (NW6.5SP6) server setup for internet access. Everything works ok until I try this website.

The site does an automatic redirect to this url

http://www.coins-global.com/cp_root/h/Services/HEAT_Self_Service/648/

but BM does not appear to be able to resolve it and comes back with an 504 Gateway timeout error. Have been through the support pages on Novell's site but nothing appears to correct the issue. Help on BM3.9 appears to be non existant. Can anyone please shed some light on this.
