Border thickness of text object

How to increase the top border thickness only for a text object?

You would have to insert a box instead of a text object in order to increase border thickness. Or you could insert a line in combination with the text box to achieve only a thick top border.

when i kept a box or drew a line while exporting to excel it is not showing the box or line?

I don't think you can keep a box or line when exporting to Excel. It might vary depending on the version of Crystal and the options used for export.
