border on Access graph on report and line not visible in print preview

i have borders around my graphs that are on my report in Access 2007 and a line - they are all set to 2pts or more and black - when i go to REport view they are visible - but when I go to Print Preview they Vanish???? What is going on????I have been trying to figure this out for Weeks???

If you drew the borders & lines yourself you need to Format|Bring To Front. If you are using the borders & lines supplied by the graph tool, make sure their visible properties are set to true.
