border on Access graph on report and line not visible in print preview

i have borders around my graphs that are on my report in Access 2007 and a line - they are all set to 2pts or more and black -
when i go to REport view they are visible - but when I go to Print Preview they Vanish???? What is going on????
I have been trying to figure this out for Weeks???
