Border Manager probs!

I have two problems with border manager.

1. On our own internet site accessed from within our own network, pdf files intermittantly do not come up on the users screen. these pdf files are 100% accessible by outsiders on the internet. I think this is down to bordermanager (we call it BorderMangler does anyone else?). What do I do to resolve this?

2. Certain websites accessed thru bordermanager stop downloading completely, and you see an abrupt end of file in the source code of the aborted website. I think this is something to do with cookies, can anyone help?

Thanks for any help no matter how little, heck thanks for reading this far! Klae

You're only as good as your last answer!

Your nt the only one to call it bordermangler... hehe..

Have you gone through all the performance tuning parameters for Border?? There is a TID just for it and it is, TID 10018669

The only other item I would recommend doing is that you clear the cache. Seems this needs to be done periodically unless you have a high powered server...

In my previous life we had a Bordermangler box and about once a week the cache had to be cleared or similar problems that you mention do occur.
