Border Blank Field

Hello,

I'm using Crystal Reports 8.5/Crystal Enterprise 8.0 connected via Native Drivers to an Informix Dynamic Server 7.3.

I'm doing some conditional formatting in the format field section on the borders. Is there a way to get a field to still have a border even if it's blank?

One way would be to embed the field in a formula or a text field.

Then you can check for the condition and format accordingly.

A formula such as the following might solve your problem too:

If isnull({table.field}) then
" "
else
{table.field}
