Bootup problems

Switched on my Compaq Armada M700 and as it gets to the Windows Desktop screen, after the icons appear, it brings up an error: This program performed an illegal operation. Clicked on details, LWI caused an exception c06d007fH in module url.dll.
Have recently installed MS Money and Excel Risk Assessment software.

My Laptop continues to work fine though!

Something in startup folder causing the problem. Try moving them to test.

Maybe virus software too. disable if first thing doesn't work.
