Yes, the file is C:\Bootlog.txt (hidden)
But it is only created for the first time - setup only or whenever you have a new device it also created (maybe).
If you want to create a new one, press "F8" key when your system boot up (you have to act fast, usually after the beep) and hold it until it show the menu. Then choose the options "2. logged (Bootlog.txt)"
