Boots fine, but nothing opens

Hello. I recently got a call from one of my clients, asking about her personal computer. Since I'm not a Mac User, I have no knowladge about what to do. From what she says, here's what happened. She was surfing the net, when her comp crashed. She restarted, and did a disk check. Nothing was wrong. When she starts up, nothing will open. I may take a day or two to resopnd to posts, as I have to call her.

Never mind. The problem was fixed by the Mac's autorepair.
