I am running on an Asus board which has the option to run either IDE or UDMA100ATA hard disk drivers. I used to run on WinME and the ATA100 worked fine. Since upgrading to XPpro, i can either run on the ide and boot directly from the hard drive or run from the ATA100 and have to boot from the CD. I have checked the boot sequence in the BIOS and have installedd the 4in1 via software (V4.37)which should upgrade the mass storage controllers. Has any boby got any good ideas

strange i have read your statement 3 times, what sort of idea are u looking for...U state what u can do, and i quess what u do. So again what recommendations are u looking for?
