OK. I have a Gateway ColorBook 2 (specs: with a Panasonic KXL-D720 PCMCIA CD drive.
My problem is that I cannot get the ColorBook to boot off of either the PCMCIA CD drive, which it should be able to because there is an option in the BIOS to, or from a boot floppy to go to the PCMCIA floppy drive. I have tried Rawrite, but it doesn't work. I am trying to run Knoppix or Peanut Linux, and as far as I'm aware, there are no pre-made, especially offical, boot disks for them.
Thanks in advance!
