Booting into Second HD on Dell Server with Raid 1

Hi, I want to know how I can boot into Windows on Disk 1 (second HD) of a mirrored set on Dell 4600 with PERC/DC controller. My objective is to boot into windows server on the second disk to do some software testing while leaving the first disk (Disk 0) intact. After I finish my testing I want to be able to boot back into Disk 0 and then plug Disk 1 back in and rebuild. This is usually pretty easy on HP's but I'm stumped on the Dells. Can anyone help?
