Bootable tape?

I just spoke with one of my users who assures me that Sun supports a bootable tape. I haven't heard of this but I suppose it could be possible. Can anyone tell me if this is true and if so how to make a tape bootable?

You cannot make a bootable tape for Solaris run on a SPARC box. I think you can for intel.

It sure would be nice if you could.

Thanks. Thats what I had originally thought but the user was so confident that there was such a tape that I doubted myself. Dang users!!!
