Bootable disk

This is old system we bought from ebay.RS6000 /E30 / AIX-UNIX VER 4.1.We dont know the root password.Also I do not have CD or bootable disk.I have only diagnostic CD.Where can I get a bootable disk to change my root password?.

Any help is appreciated.

when you boot form you rdiagnostics cd , doesn't that have an option to shell out ?
