Boot with a Arcserve bootable CD see the storagedevice but no tape

Hello!

I make a bootable W2k CD in the Arcserve Bootkit Wizard for a W2k device. The step to boot till to the wizard is ok but in the step where i see the storage mashine i see not the Tape and Sessions !

my Arcserve Server is a W2K Server with SP4 and the test client is W2k with SP4, Storagedevice is a Overland 7000 with DLT 4 Tapes.

i hope anyone can give me a tip
