Boot up to safe mode & then no drivers no start

boot's up to save mode but then cannot find drivers and will not let me look in C:. I can brouse but only by typeing it in. The C disk is working (on another computer) and notrton did not find a virous.

Any suggestions? Good luck and may God bless.
