When I start the computer it goes through BIOS and starts to load Windows 2000 (the screen that says Windows 2000 Professional and has the blue bar at the bottom) then displays the popular blue screen with white letters saying:

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
Address BFF595A9 base at BFEEE000 DateStamp 3cdaccb4 - Ntfs.sys

I've tried switching the memory, removing the NIC & booting in Safe Mode but still happens.

My guess is that this is a STOP Message, maybe something like 0x00000050: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA? A lot of things can cause this. The three main ones are Hardware failure, Anti-virus software, and drivers installed by third party software. Check out this site:

Look about halfway down the page for the 0x50 number. It has the error message there and some links on how to help you troubleshoot it. Hopefully this may help.

Can't even boot from CD or safe mode. Always get this message. I've tried changing the network card and the video card but get the same message.
