Boot Kit Wizard still fails to work well even after update

Hi again,

well i applied the babv901 (update from ca) for the Brightstor 9.0 backkup on my server (windows 2000)
but the Boot Kit wizard still says that i have windows nt
installed... no !! i have windows 2000 on my box
It simply grays out the windows 2000 options, within the
boot kit wizard, and only windows nt options are available

i installed the server, hp proliant ml 370 g3 smartarray 641
with the windows 2000 and i did not use the smartcd which came with the box and manuals. The hp smartcd did not function well (the guys who sold the server to the company where i work admited that the smartcd was a real pain in the a¡s !!) so installed windows 2000 "manually" without using the "setup OS" option with smartcd. Booted from the windows 2000 server and entered and clicked etc...
and installed it succesfully. Question: is this the cause that the boot kit wizard does not function well ??
