Hi All.

has any one done a boot from a inactive software load,

the runnning software load has ver 11.0.1.20 and the inavtive software load 10.1.2.16 what I would like to do is so boot up on the inactive software and run the system from that for a while. system is a 3300
is this possible?

You should be able to run the SWAP command from the Maintenance Commands.

Hi, Yes i have found that command but no syntax exp, any idé?

I've done it but only to upgrade the software straight away or use it for troubleshooting a faulty system. But I see no reason it shouldn't work if you programme it....

Ok, in this case troubleshooting. is no more than SWAP and enter? or what im I looking towards here?

Yep just SWAP then enter, no parametera needed. Just a reboot.

Ok, thanks you all :) have a great weekend.
