Boot from flash memory router 7200 and copy image to another router

!!!Hey everyone I have Two Questions:
I just finish to copying 3 System image from ftp Server To Flash memory card on Cisco Router 7200.

1- Question:
How can I Boot One of this 3 boot image from flash memory card?

2-Question:
How can I Copy One of this Boot image from flash memory card to another 7200 router? Like from 7200 router flash memory To another 7200 Router flash memory card?

 
Hello
Try boot system /dir/image.
To cop the image,make the router with the images a tftp server with the appropiate command.Then on the client router do the copy tftp flash comand.
