boot failure on rs6000 43p-150

hi,

I have a problem with rs/6000 43p-150:

It failed with a 0517 on the operating panel and system fails to boot.
Accessing volume group fails too cause "could not load /usr/.../lib.c"
tried accessing the volume group before mounting filesystem:
fsck -y /dev/hd1 to /dev/hd9var
/usr/sbin/logform /dev/hd8
lslv -m hd5 (here cant locate bootdisk)
bosboot -a -d /dev/hdisk0 -- fails too

Try to fsck ALL filesystem in rootvg then reboot your system.
But I wonder why you use logform to hd8,
It will format jfslog, adn clean it.
I am afraid it made other filesystems can not be fixed.
