i would like to create a bootable floppy disk and show our company logo while booting. how do i go by doing this?

You're looking for a dos boot disk right? You're not going to get a nice graphic, remember DOS doesn't have a program native to open jpegs and gifs, you could create a clunky old bitmap, or a menu that displays the company name, but do you really want to do all that for a boot disk? You could do something like have it echo "Property of Billy Bob's Blacksmith Shop."

Not that you are a blacksmith, but you get it...
