Jan 8, 2003 #1 chongtl MIS Sep 5, 2002 34 MY I have W2K PC. It is badly infected by Virus. Like those day, we can boot with DOS disk created from Mcafee and run the scan to clear the disk. In W2K, the disk is NTFS. Can Mcafee boot from disk and scan for Virus?

This is an emergency disk image that can scan NTFS. OR, download the McAfee CleanBoot Beta from the NAI Beta site. This CLEANS NTFS partitions. HTH, AVChap ... take my advice, I don't use it anyway!
