boot: cannot load "flash"

hello
i use a cisco c2691 , when i power on it show this "boot: cannot load "flash" " and enter rommon1> .
how can i start system image ?

i resolve that :

1) rommon 1 > boot flash:c2600-adventerprisek9-mz.124-12.bin


2) 2600(config)#no boot system
2600(config)#boot system flash:c2600-adventerprisek9-mz.124-12.bin


3)2600(config)#config-register 0x2102

4)2600# show run | include boot
boot system slot1:c3640-i-mz.120-22.bin

5)wr
6)reload
