Books across pagemaker versions

I don't think so. To use the full features of 7.0 including the book feature (even though it is probably identical to 6.5) is to convert the 6.5 doc to 7.0. You are probably safer working this way anyway.
If you are editing the same files between 6.5 and 7.0 a lot, do a lot of save as and save smaller... make sure you have plenty of back up files. When in doubt, deny all terms and defnitions.
