bookmarks within the PDF files

I have crated a bookmark for a PDF file yet you do not see it when you open the file up. The bookmarks are there but after opening up the file you have drag open the bookmarks. Most average users probably do not know to even look for these PDF’s.

How would I be able to make these bookmarks appear when the PDF is first open??

In Acrobat Exchange change the Open Document settings... the default is not to show book marks

File, Document Info, Open,
Select Bookmarks and Page option
then save the PDF
